Excellent Service

Jesse and his team provided the best experience I have ever had when it comes to car repair. My car was dead and the only way it was going to move is if I towed it. I heard great things about this shop, so I towed my car there. Jesse and his team were able to fix my car in two days! They provide detailed explanations of the work that needs to be done to my 2001 BMW and give me a prioritization so that I could manage expenses. Amazing Shop!

I was recommended to European Motor Cars by an old co-worker of mine when my wife’s car started having trouble. I have always been a bit apprehensive in regards to repair shops. But the service, quality and price that I received here was amazing! The guys down there are FAST at finding the problem, and even quicker fixing it! So far we have replaced now 3 ignition coils and a Catalytic converter (which went bad and was covered 100% under warranty, even the labor charge!), as well as some other misc things. It seems we have to drop her car off every 3-6 months to have something fixed on it! Scott at the front desk is ALWAYS great! Every time he tries his hardest to find a better deal to help us out, weather its on parts or labor. They always go that extra mile to make us happy, return customers! Holorec 11/17/11

Great Alternative to the Dealer

I had a rear wheel bearing replaced on my 2001 BMW 325i. Previous to this, all services and repairs had been conducted by the local BMW dealer. Above and beyond what’s expected

European Motor Cars has gone above and beyond what I would expect from ANY mechanic shop. The Land Rover dealership told me I needed to replace the head gasket on my 2003 Discovery to the tune of $2500. European Motor Cars took the time to actually clean the engine and discovered that it was the valve cover gasket, not the head gasket which needed to be replaced. They saved me over $1600 is repair costs (and found the actual problem) by doing a little extra detective work. Later, when I had to have the power steering worked on, they worked late into the night diagnosing and repairing the problem. Great service, good prices. Scott and Bob (and I’m sure the rest of the team) are the best. I highly recommend them. Cinergy 2/12/11

Trustworthy

It is so nice to find a good auto repair shop that you can trust! I used them because of the excellent ratings on Kudzu. I drove 1 hour from Peachtree City to take my VW Cabrio. All repairs were done perfect and it actually cost less than the estimate because they said they didn’t need to replace a part that they thought they would! Great Service!!

Im the type of girlie girl who doesn’t gets her car serviced like i shld, so i had a horrible break down on the hwy. Anyhow the guys at European Motors really took good care of me. They made me feel very comfortable and explained every single detail to me regarding my MANY repairs. There was also a campaign for my car so i had to take it to the dealer for further repair. Any other repair shop probably wld not hv advise that there was a recall on my Mercedes but the the over all service was great, every1 is nice and i actually sound like an expert whn explaining the service i had done to my car. Great People Fantastic Service

Just left Atlanta Classic with an estimate that made my heart stop. Was driving home when I came across European Motor Cars on Pleasent Hill. Stopped in and talked with Bob the owner. He put my car on the computer made some sort of adjustment and now all the lights are off and everything is great. He charged me fifty five bucks. Atlanta Classic quoted me $2600 to fix my car. Best Audi Mechanics

Folks if you have an Audi that’s off warranty, look no further than European Motors. I find these guys honest, does what’s best for you and not them, and try hard to save you money. Doing great work is the best part of their retinue. I went in with an unstoppable oil leak and what appeared to be a big hesitation in my transmission. The dealer I had always gone to would invariably recommend I tear something out and replace it with a new one. Last few examples was to get a new steering rack for $4,000, or get a new trans for $7,000. European Motors thoroughly steam washed my undercarriage and engine, found the source of the leak and fixed it. They did a transmission service and resolved my CVT issue. Total cost $400. I was starting to hate my Audi A4 2003 1.8T but now love it again. PaulinBrookhaven 7/17/10

Fantastic Group To Deal With

These guys were very professional, and provided service above expectation. Final bill came out way lower then I was quoted (this was a first from any shop I have ever visited) I will recommend this shop to all my friends and colleagues. Jesse and the team come through again

I had a check engine light that indicated a sensor malfunction. Jesse and the team didn’t stop there in assessing the situation, they realized it wasn’t really a sensor, but a small leak in my turbo recycler valve. I didn’t have the time to leave it that day, so Jesse informed me that it wasn’t a real mechanical problem and posed no real risk to the engine. He said I’d be fine waiting to get it fixed. The point is, these guys don’t start swapping out perfectly good parts to address what the computer says. They take it further, analyze the root cause and fix the right thing the first time. I’ve had dealers recommend replacing 2 week old O2 sensors. I’m confident these guys would never waste my money that way Take your vehicle here with confidence. SteveMcD 7/21/10

Breath of fresh air

I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with European Motor Cars. As an owner of a 2001 Audi A4, I have had more repairs than I even care to recall. With that I’ve had many experiences at dealerships and automotive repair centers. The friendliness and terrific customer service I received from Dave and Jay was simply outstanding. Dave even went out of his way to do a price comparison for me without me even asking. It’s rare to find honest and knowledgable mechanics these days, but at European motor cars they follow through with both qualities and ice the cake with exceptional customer service as well. Superior Folks and Service

Writing reviews is not my highest and best talent, so this will be short. It IS an easy task, though. Jay and his guys extend the same courtesy, demonstrate the same interest, and provide the same service whether you take in a luxury car or a piece of junk (and I’ve done both). They are not only expert mechanics, but are customer service experts as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would NOT recommend these folks to my worst enemies–but I would recommend them to my best friends (and have). Ghia70 7/5/10
